Our server was hacked in a huge way just before Christmas, by the exact same hackers arseholes who hacked Twitter. This happened on Xmas eve 2009. They embedded a small piece of code that when actioned, re-wrote every file on the server, including the server operating system.

We had backups of everything, but with all the work, Christmas, new year and and 2 other huge projects on at the time, Rafael Nadal for Santander Bank was one of them. I decided to leave the website off for a short time. This gave my team a small breathing space to get things back together again.

I can assure you, we have lost a lot of money in leaving this site off, so it was a last resort and only did this because we simply could not cope with any more work or pressure.

I was always available for support through New World Designs, which included my phone numbers to call me on... as many people did. I just didn't want new customers as we couldn't have handled any more work and would have just been letting people down.

We had to put existing clients as a priority.

Things are back to how they should be now, so please let me know if you have any problems or would like any help
