Joomla Google Base Property Component and Modules

We have spent the past year building by hand and from scratch a Property Component with the pure intension of working in harmony with Google Base.

The component is built to install directly into any Joomla 1.5.X website with the legacy plugin turned on or off.

I spent a huge amount of time designing the way the administration part works. As the entire component is designed to work perfectly with Google Base, every attribute and feature they offer is added to the component.

It is becoming more and more aparent that Google Base will take over from all existing Property Portals such as Rightmove, Findaproperty, Fish4Homes and many hundreds of others. This is because they all charge huge amounts of money, when you can do the same thing for free to a MUCh larger audiance on Google.
