The real problem with selling software is there is no way to track it once it has left our servers. For example there is nothing to stop anybody signing up, downloading the software and then asking to be removed with a full refund. This means they take the software and the developer doesn't get paid.

I cant give you a refund if you downloaded the plugin by accident because you have the wrong version of software or haven't checked the minimum requirements I'm afraid, as the site has it all over what it can and cant do with different versions of Virtuemart and Joomla.

Usually the only problem people have, is they are using Joomla 1.0 with Virtuemart 1.1, this will not work.

But what i will offer you is a discount on upgrading your site from J1.0 to J1.5, as this truly is the way to go anyway. There has been no security releases for J1.0 since Feb 2008, that means the site you have is years out of date.

Please don't be angry at me, as i know how frustrating it is to loose money, when you feel like you have just worked so hard for it, but my Google Feed will make you your money back many times over, even if you paid extra to have the site lifted to Joomla 1.5.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but please don't leave bad feedback like some other nasty bloke has recently, as i have done nothing wrong and spend a lot of time on support and helping my clients.
