I have spent 5yrs building this now, each time it has been a bit more user-friendly and easier to use.
Version 6 is now the easiest yet, you dont need any technical know how at all. It is literally a simple form you fill in and tons of help and tips all over the form to tell you what each bit does.
I have spent hundreds of hours making videos, to introduce you to parts that are complex... in fact the hardest part of it all is googles side of things. Its not as hard as it used to be, but it isnt simple.
Over 80% of my users are small companies working from home on tight budgets and limited know how. So i have made sure these people can see and use this without having to ask somebody with a degree how to use it.
The data you add into the form, is then pushed through some magic scripts in the background and exported into a feed that Google can read perfectly. You dont even need to know what XML is, but if you want a very quick XML tutorial, there is one here (its not hard, it really is basic stuff)
