The feed runs once every 24hrs from the last time stamp in the plugin. There used to be in all versions before V5, the ability to set it to when ever you wanted from once per hour to once every 30 days. But people had it set to as regular as possible, which Google doesnt like. if it uploads more often than once per day, it fails.
It also means for the majority of time, the products are not available, as each time it uploads, it deletes the list of products and then adds them in, which can take 6 - 12 hrs to be included again in Google and not in the search results for at least 6 hrs later. Which by then, the feed would run again, meaning you had no products in the search results as they were constantly pending!
We have removed this option, so it only creates it once every 24hrs.
If you have made changes in your products and want it to force a run again, open the plugin and delete the time stamp and save again. The next time a page runs on the front end, it will create a new feed and add the time stamp to the plugin.
